She was predeceased by: her husband Ira Hilbert Headley, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Ruth H. Reynolds (Lewis), Debra Self (Glen), Jane Mahan (Buzz) and Ira Hilbert "Hickie" Headley, Jr.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
