Kathy Skidmore wrote a sympathy message

“We were so sorry to hear of Billy's passing and wanted to let you know that we are thinking of you and the entire family. It has been far too many years since we've seen the Baker cousins but we still held them close in heart. Uncle Buddy and Aunt Jessie were two of the finest - and they raised three beautiful humans! We are sorry that Billy suffered from cancer, and we will be honored to make a donation in his memory. May warm memories bring peace to all. Kathy & Chip Skidmore - ATL, GA”
