With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vondell Carter (Vienna, Virginia), who passed away on November 24, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Lillian Brandt and William McKinley Carter; his wife Susan; his sister-in-law Irene P. Carter; his nephews, Warren, Hoyt Carter, Carl C. and Tina Borre; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Austyn and Jaidyn; and also William.

In addition to flowers to the church, donations may be made out to the First Baptist Church for their College Connection Scholarship Fund.
