He is survived by: his son Bill Bell of Paden City; his sister Cristy Perkins (Jeff) of Eighty Four, PA; and his aunts, Brenda Adkins of Boaz, Sherry Loan of Parkersburg, Linda Phaneuf of Belpre and Ginny Lam of Lincolnton, NC..
