She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Edward Kenneth Walden and Mary Redd Walden; and her sister Denise R. Walden.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Providence Baptist Church Scholarship Fund, 1331 30th Street, Newport News, Virginia 23607.
