With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Robert Banner (Vienna, Virginia), who passed away on April 3, 2021 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Carmen M. Banner; his sons, Adam and Joel Banner; and his siblings, Rhea Wuerger, David Banner (Jo) and Franklin Banner (Jen). He is also survived by three brothers-in-law and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
