He was predeceased by: his parents, Deborah Stuart and Kevin Daly; his sister Carrie Anne Daly; and his grandparents, James, Beverly McCormick of Manahawkin, JoAnne and Frances Daly of Suffern.
He is survived by: his stepparents, Deborah Duke-Daly and Lyle "Stu" Stuart; his siblings, Shaun Hoy, Robert Petrillo and Melissa Petrillo-Erbes; his niece Keyanna Elise Petty Daly; his grandparents, Joseph and Eileen Duke of Annapolis; and his godmother Donna DaDinos. He is also survived by many Aunts, and Uncles.
