Ruth Timpe Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Timpe of Vienna, Virginia, born in Quincy, Illinois, who passed away on May 31, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gilbert A. "Moon" Holm and Ruth C. Holm (Vahle); her husband Paul Timpe; her children, David Timpe (Olga), Karen Rose (Ronald) and Daniel Timpe (Catriona); her grandsons, Michael Rose (Amy), Conor Timpe and Matthew Timpe; and her siblings, June Merker, Jeanette Cook, Gilbert "Bud" Holm (Velma) and Howard "Hob" Holm. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital or Fisher House Foundation.
