He was predeceased by : his son David Foote; his daughter Brenda Foote; his brother Henry A. Foote, Jr.; and his former wife Hazel Tenney Foote. He is survived by his spouse Rubie Gray; his grandchildren, Christopher, Samuel and Dakota; and his sister Evelyn "Pat" Foote. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
