He was predeceased by: his parents, William Weber Highberger and Dorothy Feightner Highberger; and his brother John. He is survived by: his close friend Judy Nolan of Fairfax, VA; his children, Kathleen Beard (Tom) of Anderson, SC, William Andrew Highberger (Lisa) of Marysville, OH and Steven Paul Highberger (Jamie) of Chapin, SC.; his grandchildren, Kristin, Grace, Lucas, Samuel, Josiah, Cameron and Connor; and his great grandchildren, Alton and Elliot. He is also survived by many close friends, nieces and nephews.
