She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edward and Mary Catherine Ruddy (Boyle); and her brothers, Michael Thomas Ruddy and Patrick Edward Ruddy. She is survived by: her husband Lieutenant Michael; her children, Michael Hayes, Jr. (Anne) of Bedford, MA, Bridget Gallagher (Patrick) of Burke, VA and Catherine Cummins (Stephen) of Annapolis, MD.; her grandchildren, Maeve Gallagher-Gilheney, Cormac, Liam, Caitrin, Ciara Gallagher, Catherine, Meaghan, Michael Hayes, Cecil, Mairead and Broinninn Cummins; and her great grandchild Eamon Michael Gallagher.
