She is survived by: her husband Tom Sanfacon of Vienna, VA; her children, Ann Sanfacon of Vienna, VA, Mark Sanfacon (Melissa) of Centreville, VA and Keith Sanfacon of Herndon, VA; her grandchildren, Nicholas Bomgardner, Brittney Sanfacon, Megan Sanfacon and Adam Sanfacon; her sisters, Ann Cotter of Dairen, CT, Mary Frances Horvath of Havertown, PA, Elizabeth Hoffman of Ardmore, PA and Joan Blaum (James) of Shavertown, PA; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Mabry of New Port Rickey, FL and Margery Hoffman of Wellsboro, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
