He is survived by: his children, Heather Freidkin and Brian Silka; his son-in-law Steven Freidkin; his grandsons, Ethan, Sam and Coby Freidkin; and his siblings, Joyce Koch and Wayne Silka. He is also survived by three nieces, and one nephew and their children.
