She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William McGovern and Dolores McGovern; her brother Thomas McGovern; her children, Michael David Tozer (Michelle), Timothy Charles Tozer (Sue), Vanessa Kathleen Roselle (Russell) and Steven William Tozer (Bethany); her grandchildren, Vicki, Jessica, Bill, Jake, Alexandra, Isabella, Annamarie, Andrew, Charlie and Evvy; and her spouse Kim.
Due to COVID restrictions, there are no funeral or viewing arrangements scheduled.
In lieu of a contribution to a charity or other organization, the Tozer Family is simply requesting that people show one another the same unconditional love that Kathy displayed towards others.
