He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Trusky Karpovich. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Bona; his father John J. Karpovich, Sr.; his brother Thomas (Tom); his sister-in-law Ann; and his daughters, Lisa Linderman (Will) and Jacquelyn (Christopher Olson). He is also survived by grandchildren, as well as several aunts, uncles.
