He was predeceased by: his sisters, Marge Nelson (Don) and Florence Booms (Richard); and his brother-in-law Steve Recicar (Lois). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann (Recicar); his children, Karen Ehrensaal (Bruce) of Great Falls, VA, Jim Connarn of Bloomfield Hills, MI, Greg Connarn of Arlington, VA, Charlene Schlimgen (Mike) of Troy, MI and Mary Middelthon (Steve) of Olney, MD; his grandchildren, Jamie Connarn, Jessica Connarn, Jennifer Connarn, Kristie Ehrensaal, Michelle Ehrensaal, Caroline Schlimgen, Michael Schlimgen, Brian Schlimgen, Colin Middelthon and Laura Middelthon; his sister Ruth Mazzaro (Lou); and his sisters-in-law, Kay Libby (Herman) and Barb Handy (Larry). He is also survived by his best friends were his siblings, their spouses and his 30 nieces and nephews.
