We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2021, at the age of 89, James Kevin Cotter of Vienna, Virginia, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife June Caroline Cotter (Wright); his children, Kevin (Maureen), Janice (Eric), Bill (Anne) and Patricia (Mike); and his brother Emmett J Cotter. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org).
