He is survived by: his parents, Wilson Abbott and Margerie Abbott; his wife Josephine Pikula Abbott; his sons, Nicholas Christian Abbott and Robert Koehler Abbott; his daughter-in-law Melissa Anne Gervasio; and his granddaughter Evelyn Anne Abbott.
