He is survived by: his sons, Gregory A. Lofton (Patricia Ann Lofton) of Berryville, VA and Michael S. Lofton (Phyllis A. Lofton) of Seaford, VA.; his grandchildren, Rebecca M. Lofton, Michelle A. Lofton of Louisa, VA, Andrea N. Burns of Orange, VA and Samuel J. Lofton of Berryville, VA.; and his sisters, Lila See and Libby Abel (Roger) of Buckhannon, WV..
