He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Yui Lih Tsou and Ying Chang Chu; his wife Carol English Tsou; his daughters, Leslie Meredith Tsou, Ambassador, MaryAnn Tsou Strunk of Apex, NC and Wendy Tsou Berg of Madison, NJ; his grandchildren, Alexa, Haley Strunk, Oliver and Adelyn Berg; his sister Carolyn Tsou Flugger; and his pet Lucy.
