He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anthony Monseur, Dolores Palotay of Wheeling and Michael Monseur of Centerville; and his grandson Gregory Monseur. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Thomas of Baltimore; his children, Mary, Joseph, Elizabeth (Donny), Anthony, Patrick (Phallin), Eddie (Anne) and Paul; and his grandchildren, Mike, Gordon, Alexandra, Gabrielle, Joseph (Parul), Emily, Jared, John, George, Jacob, Olivia and Sophie.
