He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Jerri Tully (Jim), Randy Rives and Tammy Moore (Alex); his granddaughters, Jennifer Beckner (Jason), Melanie Rothrock (Chris), Casey Turner-Rives (Rachel), Kira Fairchild (Blaine), Dori Dunkle (Shannon), Caitlin Clarke, Emma Moore and Madeline Moore; and his great grandchildren, Warren, Lila, Logan, Jackson, Trentyn and Landen.
