He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dominick and Rita D'Alexander (Sufalko); his sisters, Gloria and Lorraine (Charles Michalowski); his nephews, Charles and Jeffrey; his brother Joseph; and his siblings-in-law, Patti D'Alexander (Daley), Eugene Neifert (Mary Lou), Nancy (Ted Trefsgar) and Joyce (Blaine Kessler).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia D'Alexander (Neifert); his son John D. D'Alexander (Cathy); his grandsons, Christopher and Michael; his daughter Katie; his great grandchildren, Daniel, Christopher and Rylee; his son Douglas D. D'Alexander; his grandsons, Dominic and Steven; his daughter Patricia Beard; his grandchildren, Shannon and Courtney; his siblings, Rita Ann (Michael D'Ambrogi) and John; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara (Tony Toter) and Sandra (Robert Fodor). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
