He is survived by: his wife Tamara Coriaty; his daughters, Cecelia, Anna and Evelyn; his parents, Denis O'Sullivan and Carole O'Sullivan; and his siblings, Susan McGuire (Randy), Mary Beth Tawes (Brent) and Michael. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
