It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delilah Virginia Custer (Vienna, Virginia), who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abram W Reese and Helen Reese (Keen); her husband Louis Custer (Hank); her sister Shirley K Simons; and her great grandchild Tasha Bennett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kaye Lynn Weiss (Larry) of Harrisburg, PA and Jody Ann Ransom (Robert) of McLean, VA.; and her grandchildren, Christine Burkett, Crecia McCarthy (Timothy), Allison Ford (Jonathan), Lauren Ransom and Michael Ransom (Sydney). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, loving nieces and nephews, and many dear and caring friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Lewinsvillle Presbyterian Church Foundation or Chesterbrook Residences.
