He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Clair Allen and Frances Marjorie Allen. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, David Allen (Jessica), Elizabeth Hughes Klimper (Preston), Rachael Porter and Kathryn Allen; his son-in-law James Sloan (Karlene); his siblings, Robert Allen (Pat), Margene Yeaton and Charlene Watts (Raymond); his daughter Sabrina Christine Sloan (James); and his son-in-law Timothy Hughes (Elizabeth). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
