He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucious Linwood Skelton and Annie Elizabeth Robertson Skelton; and his siblings, Edwin Skelton, Lula Skelton, Daisy Codispoti, Ruby Goad, Mary Hudson and Bettie Skelton.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Craddock Skelton; his children, Bobby McGhinnis (Angie), Christie Skelton, Ray Skelton, Jr. (Dana) and Michael Skelton; his grandchildren, Brandi (Christy), Victoria, Lauren, Jayden, Maddox and Peyton; and his great grandchild LaiLai.
