He is survived by: his wife Virgie Blackwell Mitter of Victoria, VA; his daughter Linda Mitter of Chesterfield, VA; his grandson Cameron Dillard of Richmond, VA; his sister Earlean Woodson of Chase City, VA; his nieces and nephews, Melvin Woodson, Anthony Watson, Mae, Millie and Roslyn; his mother-in-law Lessie Blackwell; and his sister-in-law Earlene Watson. He is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
