She is survived by: her daughter Amy J.; her grandsons, Joseph Washburn (Samantha) and Anthony Arthur (Heather); and her great grandchildren, Blake Washburn and Brady Arthur. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and adopted daughters.
