She was predeceased by: her husband James Lowell Hawkins; her son Russell E. Hawkins; her grandson James Robert Hawkins; and her daughter-in-law Susan Hoppe Hawkins. She is survived by: her daughter Mary K. Burnett (James "Rabbit") of Chesterfield; her grandchildren, Brian Burnett (Elizabeth), Kenneth Burnett (Jennifer), Kara Comer (Travis) and Laurie Anne Groves; and her great grandchildren, Tristen, Breanna, Connor, Caleb Burnett, Camden, Katie Burnett, Taylor, Austin Comer and Christian Groves. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
