He is survived by: his mother Mildred Lee Fowlkes Watts; his siblings, Elsie Harper (Steve), Cynthia Dantzler (Terence), John Williams, Russell Williams (Sherrell), Reginald Williams and Larry Brooks (Brandy); his sisters-in-law, Eunice Williams, Carolyn Goode, Annette Hamlett and Sandra Latta; his uncle Charles Henry Fowkles of San Antonio, TX; and his aunts, Judith Ann Watson Fowlkes of Victoria, Elsie Mae Cing of Baltimore, MD and Lillie Mae Staples of New Jersey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
