He is survived by: his daughters, Destiny Martin (Max) and Alexis Elam; his stepchildren, Candis Joyner, Travis Joyner and Justin Joyner; his grandchildren, Sophia, Paxton, Tanner and Kaycee; his parents, James G. "Greg" Elam, Jr. and Sharon Glass Elam; and his sister Susanne E. Hayes (Robert).
