He is survived by: his children, Maryanne Light Stearnes (Spike) of Victoria, VA and John Eugene Light (Susan) of Kenbridge, VA; his grandchildren, Richard Alan Stearnes of Green Bay, VA, Amanda Grace Estep (Chip) of Crewe, VA, Ashlie Dawn Shealy (Charlie) of Ringgold, VA, Kyle Austin Stearnes of Victoria, VA, Tyler Aaron Stearnes of Victoria, VA, Amber Marie of Kenbridge, VA and Katherine Mary Light of Kenbridge, VA; his great grandchildren, Anthony Stearnes, Cheyenne Estep, Kyrstin Stearnes, Hunter Estep, Madelyn Shealy and Kendall Shealy; and his siblings, Charles Light (Helen) of Meherrin, VA, Tom Light (Kathy) of Mt. Hope, WV, George Henry Light (Betty) of Greensboro, NC, Ronald Light (Patsy) of Nottoway, VA and Helen Light Bryant of Fayetteville, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
