He is survived by: his wife Cleo Eley; his children, Theresa Gregory, Cloyd "Collie" and Canio Chaffin (Melinda); his grandsons, Ryan Pettaway and Cameron Chaffin; his brothers, Eddie Chaffin, Sr. of Amelia, VA, Eugene Chaffin of Victoria, VA, Walter Chaffin (Donna) of Victoria, VA and Wavly Chaffin (Louise) of Victoria, VA; his sisters-in-law, Marie Chaffin of Crewe, VA and Gloria Chaffin of Baltimore, MD; and his goddaughters, Melinda Williams, April Baynard of Louisburg, NC and Vonda Colson of Baltimore, MD.. He is also survived by 12 children, 2 sisters and 9 brothers.
