He is survived by: his wife Rose Neal; his children, Curtis, Neal, III, Butch, Donald Green, John Burton, Sylvia Duvall, Audrey Joyner, Jean Centner and Barbara Oakes; and his brother Wayne Neal. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
