It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie Barbara (Victoria, Virginia), born in Kenbridge, Virginia, who passed away on July 11, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Curtis Bagley; her brother Thomas Bagley; and her grandparents, Emma Hickson, Fleet Hickson and Roses.
She is survived by: her spouse Adel ElMadany; her children, Atallah ElMadany (Yonisha) and Karima ElMadany; her grandchildren, Bryce Fowlkes and Idris ElMadany; her mother Crystal B. Toone; her brothers, Otis Bagley and Ron Bagley; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Bagley, Cyntina Bagley and Bobbie. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
