He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Ann Rose and McGuire Brown; and his siblings, Floyd, James, Wilbert Brown, Lorraine Brown Day and Ester Doretha Brown-Lattimore.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothea Brown; his children, Anthony, Roy (Cynthia), Ardena Michelle (Stan), Troy, Phillip Terry, Nina and Lyndell (Sophia); his stepchildren, Benjamin, Dwight, Dorothea, Victor and Twenty; his goddaughter Katherine Johnson-Bailey; and his brother Ollie Brown. He is also survived by Twenty-two grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
