Cook and Elizabeth Cook-Miller (John); and his nieces and nephews, James, Anette Pinnace, Kim Peters, Amy Cook, Travis Ocheltree, Lauren Walker, Edward Welliver, Alice Atkisson and Jeanie Welliver.
