He was predeceased by: his parents, Conway H. Howell and Alice S. Howell. He is survived by: his pets, Stella and Scout; his wife Nora O'Kane Howell; his children, Thomas M. Howell (Bobbie) and Amy Howell Izzillo; his close friend Mike Kinnaird; his grandchildren, Deidre Dean, Kelcie Izzillo and Ian Izzillo; and his brothers, Andy C. Howell and Paul B. Howell (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
