She is survived by: her children, Charles Wesley Phillips (Betty) of Swansboro, NC, Thomas Lee Phillips of Staunton and Debora Michelle Phillips of Raphine; her brother Johnny Thompson of Grottoes; her grandchildren, Christina Lewis, Dillon Lewis, William Lewis, Ashley Hackney (Shawn), Jeremy Phillips (Miranda), Michael Bass, Matthew Bass (Jennifer), Felicia Bass, Miranda Phillips, Hannah Phillips and Chris Craun; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Adelyn, Hayley, Marley, Zayne, Zoey, Jasper and Grayson.
