He is survived by: his mother Betty Puffenbarger of Staunton, VA; his daughter Whitney Puffenbarger Reedy (Jordan) of Churchville, VA; his siblings, Vicki Puffenbarger Hammer (Barry) of Franklin, WV and Michael Puffenbarger (Sue) of Wirtz, VA; his grandsons, Zayne, Jaxon and Cyrus Reedy of Churchville, VA; his niece Melissa Hammer Hartman (Jed) of Franklin, WV; and his great-nieces, Kinzley, Cortlyn and Connor Hartman of Franklin.
In lieu of flowers, family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Kyle Puffenberger Memorial Scholarship, 4625 Greenawalt Gap Road, Upper Tract, WV 26866.
