She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex (Clotielde Harriette Hawkins Spiece) and Sharon; and her sisters, Crystal Paige Spiece Briggs and Betty Lou Spiece Lee. She is survived by: her husband Charles Mark Phibbs, Sr.; her daughter Robyn Kimberley Bennett Nevins; her stepsons, Charles Mark Phibbs, Jr. and Steven Paul Phibbs; her grandchildren, Kelly Neel, Rachel Spring, Caroline Nevins, Ariel Knott, Carrie Phibbs and Sarah Grace Phibbs; and her great grandchildren, Jake Neel, Emily Neel, Rosslyn Knott, Kohen Knott, Josiah Knott, Bentley Howard and Olivia Farris.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Henry Funeral Home (1030 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA 24401). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
