With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard G. Killingsworth of Verona, Virginia, born in Hopemont, West Virginia, who passed away on May 26, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Frederick "Fred" Brown; and his brothers, Orville Edward, Clayton Currence and Eugene Killingsworth. He is survived by: his children, David Lynn (Janet), Gary Lee, Robert Glenn Killingsworth (Marian), Terry Richard Burchett and Michelle Renee Burchett Stullenburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
