She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Marshall, Sr. and Edith Myrtle Cook (Kratzer). She is survived by: her husband William O. Welliver of Verona; her daughters, Debra Welliver-Kiracofe (Kevin G.) and Kathy Ann Welliver (Donna Leigh Ashe); her siblings, Harry M. Cook, Jr. and Elizabeth Ann Cook-Miller (John); her grandchildren, Gabriel Orion Hoak, Aspen Mia Hoak, Nicholas Garret Welliver Southerly and William Jackson Welliver Southerly; her brother-in-law Jay Welliver; and her nieces and nephews, Kim Peters, Amy Cook, Travis Ocheltree, Lauren Walker, Edward Welliver, Alice Attkisson and Jeanie Welliver. She is also survived by her husband, surviving family members.
