She was predeceased by: her parents, James Floyd and Mable Moats (Varner); and her siblings, Charles, Allen, Dennis Ralston, Roger Moats, Beulah Simmons, Daisy Hoover and Bonnie Nuchols.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Mayne (Bill) of Verona, Corieta Smith of Verona and Kevin Almarode (Gloria) of High View, WV; her sisters, Wilma Harlow (Larry Dean Simmons) of Churchville and Dorothy Moyers (Colin) of Staunton; and her granddaughters, Becky Almarode (Eddie) of Weyers Cave, Joanna Newlen of Hot Springs, Lori Wagner (Kirk) of Bridgewater, Amy Crickenberger of Waynesboro, Stephanie Mayne of Fishersville, Crystal Serret of Verona and Katrina Floyd (Mike) of Weyers Cave. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
