She was predeceased by: her spouse Terry Lee Kelley, Sr. of Westgate Road; her parents, Brice Lyall and Lodema Nell "Dean" DeVault (Stevens); and her siblings, Brice "Sonny" DeVault and Diana Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lee Kelley, Jr. (Denise) of Lynchburg, Tammy Jo Weeks (Bill) of Staunton and Teresa Jean Kelley of Waynesboro; her brother Steven DeVault (Janice) of Grafton; her sister-in-law Chris DeVault of Inwood; her grandchildren, Meganne Manson (Ty), J. Scott Cline, Kelley Brooks (Bucky), Lee Kelley (Lauren) and Thomas Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Luke Manson, Aaron Brooks, Abigail Manson, Alyson Brooks, Quinn Kelley and Eden Kelley.
