He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenwood Cain Sr. and May Ellen Cain; and his siblings, Glenna Helmick and Roger Cain. He is survived by: his wife Kay Francis Cain (Strickler); his children, Angela York (Jeff), Teresa Leavell of Waynesboro, VA, Glenwood Cain III (Jessica) of Sarasota, FL and Darrell Cain of Alexandria, VA; his grandsons, Christopher Harlow (Erica) and Colin Harlow; his children, Lori Kathryn Aleshire (Doug) and Thomas Jay Rankin; his grandchildren, Dylan Grayson Furry, Justin Scott Rankin, Tristan Jay Rankin, Christopher Aleshire and Joseph Aleshire; and his great grandchild Elah Andrien Kay Rankin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
