He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Womack and Annie Barksdale Womack; and his siblings, Thomas Womack, Wilborn Womack, Raymond Womack, Mary Womack, Thelma Long and Lucille Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Harriett Watts Waller Womack of Vernon Hill; his children, Brenda Womack, Hope Cole (Tommy) and Pollard Waller (Sarene); and his grandchildren, Stephany LaFluer, T. C. Cole, Jacob Waller and Maurianna Jendersee. He is also survived by Five Great Grandchildren.
