Kerns; his sons, Maris Vernon Kerns, II and John Blair "JB" Kerns; his wife Nita; his daughter-in-law Kelly Ratliff Kerns; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Dockery, Abigail Blair Kerns and Colin Mason Kerns; and his sisters Diane Kerns Shelton of Sutherlin, Virginia, Delores Kerns Ayers of Sutherlin and
Karen Kerns Needy (Bill) of Alton, VA.
