He was predeceased by: his parents, Berkley Gilmore Wood and Eloise Hedrick Wood; his sons, Barry Dean Wood and Michael Alan Wood; and his brother Thelbert Wayne Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Ann McLaughlin Wood; his children, Tempie Wood Wade (David), Tony Wood (Nancy) and Carl Wood (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Jamie Gillispie (Scott), Dakota Wood, Alex Holappe (Kevin) and Daniel Spencer Wade; and his great grandchild Kentley Glass.
